Taptica - Branch Integration |
Follow these steps to correctly grant Agency Access to us within your Branch dashboard:
Initial Navigation
- Go to Account Settings in your Branch dashboard.
- Open the Agencies tab.
- Click the Add New Agency button.
Configuration Guidelines
(1) Agency Name
Search for and select our agency: Taptica (Agency ID: 641726224292402064).
(2) Access Level
Choose the access level Custom.
(3) Export Toggle
Make sure you tick the Export toggle checkbox right next to it.
(4) Data Filters
Ensure that the Data Filters are turned OFF.
(Verify that options like "Only show agency-tagged data" and "Restrict access to revenue data" are disabled).
(5) Finalize Setup
When you're completely done, click the blue Invite button at the bottom right.
