Taptica - Singular Integration |
Follow these steps to successfully grant agency access and configure permissions for Taptica within your Singular dashboard:
(1) Access the Agency Management Section
In your Singular dashboard, go to the top-right menu and navigate to Settings > Users & Agencies, then click on the Agencies tab. To proceed, click the blue Add Agency button.
(2) Select Agency
Search for and select Taptica from the agency dropdown list to start configuring specific permissions.
(3) Configure Full Integration Permissions
To ensure an optimal setup, please go through the configuration tabs and enable all available permissions as outlined below:
a. Apps Tab: Grant access to all relevant apps and app sites.
b. Partners Tab: Grant access to all partner sources (limit or allow the attribution configuration and reporting).
c. Attribution Tab: Enable editing permissions for Partner Configurations and all required attribution settings (Parameters/Credentials, Install & Re-engagement Postbacks, and In-App Events Postback).
d. Links Tab: Enable editing permissions for creating, modifying, and managing tracking links (including Link Parameters, Settings, and Redirects).
e. Screen Selection (Reports) Tab: Grant access to relevant reporting views, including Creative reports (Creative Gallery/Explore) and Fraud Prevention dashboards.
(4) Finalize and Save
Once all permissions are completely selected and verified, click the blue Save Permissions button at the bottom right corner of the wizard to finalize the setup.
